Items must be unused, unworn, and returned with original packaging and tags intact.
Returns are accepted only for defective or wrong items delivered.
Personalized/customized jewelry is non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.
How to Request a Return

Share your Order ID, product photo(s), and reason for return.
After approval, we will share the return shipping process.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for packing and shipping the item securely.
Return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the return is due to our mistake.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
